Terms of Sale

1. Some product may be reconditioned and may have a cosmetic blemish. (Blemishes may consist of hairline cracks, minor scratches or nicks, or possible discoloration.)
2. All prices are FOB our shop in Milton, Ontario, Canada and are already cash discounted
3. We can assist in your transportation arrangements
4. All televisions are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.  Six month warranty on DVD players, VCR’s, Home Theater Systems and Combo Units.  90-day warranty on all other merchandise.  We reserve the exclusive right to determine if a product is covered by our warranty. Complete Audio Visual Inc., after examination of the product and determination that the product is defective and covered by this warranty, will at its sole discretion repair or replace the defective product or its components or offer in-store credit, valued at original purchase price of the defective product. Complete Audio Visual Inc. is not responsible for products which have been subject to misuse, alteration, accident or for repairs not performed by Complete Audio Visual Inc. Products must be returned properly packed with transportation charges prepaid to Complete Audio Visual Inc.; return transportation charges will be F.O.B. our factory. No parts shall be returned. The foregoing warranty constitutes Complete Audio Visual Inc.’s sole liability, and is in lieu of any other warranty, of merchantability or fitness. Complete Audio Visual Inc. shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from any breach of warranty. Original proof of purchase required. Sorry, no refunds.
